Refund policy

At Lat.tique Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority! We accept returns for a store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as items meet our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, deodorant, or perfume.
• All tags must be attached.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:

• Sale/Clearance items or BOGO deals.
• Swimwear, intimates (including undergarments and bodysuits)

Any attempted returns of final sale items may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We want every piece you receive to be perfect! If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• If the item is in stock, we will happily replace it.
• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the item.
